What is a unified theory? Unification is the amalgamation of opposing ideas combined harmoniously to form one.

 

The most distinguished of the unified theories and the inspiration for the title of this book is based on the most challenging and significant question facing physicists today. Einstein spent the last thirty years of his life in search of what he termed the Unified Theory. Einstein hoped to unify Newton’s earlier discovered Laws of Gravity with his own Theory of Relativity and show that the two forces gravity and electromagnetism are really manifestations of one all encompassing principle.

 

A recent scientific precept known as String Theory has emereged which attempts to reconcile the apparently expanding universe and the puzzling pulling properties of gravity. For the first time in history, scientists are becoming convinced in the merits that String Theory may actually provide the answer.To extremely abridge the foundation of String Theory which is by no means observable…take any piece of matter and magnify it through the levels of atoms, protons, neutrons, electrons and quarks. Beyond that it is supposed that you will find this unknown microscopic level made up of vibrating oscillating one dimensional loops occupied in a choreographed dance as set out by the laws of physics referred to as simply… strings

 

The revelation of String Theory proposes to close the gap of the universes greatest mystery explaining all forces, all matter and ultimately the formation of the universe. For that reason String Theory is also known as the Theory of Everything.

 

By now if you haven't already put this book back on the shelf you should be asking yourself ...what does any of this have to do with dieting? In a somewhat light hearted compariosn, the Unified Diet attempts to reconcile expanding waistlines and the forces of gravity on the aging human form.

 

However, ultimately the goal is to provide you provide with the complete explanation of the properties of nutrition and the interaction and influence of its various components. My beliefs which I have tested meticulously incorporate original thought and form a compilation of some of the more prevalent dieting concepts to form one effective, achievable, healthy and sustainable diet.

 

Similarly to the Theory of Everything… understanding food and food labelling for that matter likewise is by no means obvious. By taking a somewhat microscopic journey, I hope to provide you with an education. An education of the most potent weight management drug on the market… in fact in your market … food.

 

Yes food is a drug, different foods contain essential elements necessary to maintaining good health such as proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and water. These nutrients are chemical substances your body uses to build maintain and repair tissue.Understanding nutrition as it relates to an individuals needs can be very complex. This book was designed to simplify the process by assisting you in understanding and making better food choices to achieve your fitness goals, increase your energy levels and provide you with better health. No longer will a plate of meat potatoes and vegetables be just plain old food. It will be an understanding of the elements that make up every meal. The premise of the unified diet is that if you understand everything about the ingredients in its most concentrated form then you will understand everything about nutrition.

 

Finally, while nutrition forms an essential element of fitness, it is not its only crucial component. In order to achieve comprehensive health, exercise and rest are also required. Exercise too comes in many forms and can also be confusing. The further unification of diet, exercise and recuperation is paramount. While this books primary function is to provide you with a solid understanding of the foods you eat, as an added bonus you will find a section on exercise and its ideologies, incorporating all into a healthy and invigorating lifestyle.
